- MUSHROOM sauce
- 2 tbsps butter
- 1 tbsp maida -
- 1/2 cup mushroom -
- 1/2 cup milk -
- 2 tsps salt pepper , pdr -
- 1/2 tsp mixed herbs -
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder -

- prepare peri peri masala by grinding together redchillies , garlic,redbell pepper , vinegar,salt and coriander leaves
- marinate the chicken with peri peri masala for hr and grill it eith oil brushed for mins at 1 20 180 xbaC
- mushroom sauce
- In a pan add butter -sliced mushrooms saute well until cooked then add salt and pepper add remaining butter and add maida and cook it then add milk and cook till done without any lumps and make a thick.sauce finally add herbs garlic powder.. 1tbsp
- serve with periperichicken..
